The staff was wonderful. to name a couple, Felix, the pool concierge, and Jorge, a waiter at the pool and Lemongrass restaurant, were outstanding. Also, any issue we had with our room was taken care of immediately.

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Suite amenities are nice specially the washer and dryer. Francisco at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The waiter with the hat on the pool was very nice and attentive.
